What will happen?

-An assortment of easily-replicable games/projects (chosen to inspire creative outflow from all available media) will be shared/facilitated
-A huge "shared-dish" banquet will be enjoyed
-A few experienced artists will share their individual artistic process with all of the attendees

-Time for sharing community-collaborative "best practices" with peers will be available.
-"The Timeless Moment"- All attendees will have the opportunity to exercise/express their unique "voice" in a creative-collaborative context
-Ongoing creative-collaborative projects will be set in motion

All artistic outpourings from this experiment will be "captured" to be shared with others for inspiration and encouragement. A moderated online "skypecast"(free online 100-person capacity conference call) will also be available to those who wish to participate but do not live in the area.

Role Definitions:

Facilitators:

-Encourage the Do-It-Yourself spirit (i.e. games/projects that equalize rather than establish hierarchy based on talent)
-Place a strong emphasis on utilizing recyclable/inexpensive materials, rather than sharing cost-prohibitive projects
-Model openness to non-typical expressions/approaches
Inspire completely AUTHENTIC inclusion (avoid favorites-playing/"tokenism")
-Act responsibly to perpetuate a non-critical, engaging environment
-Exhibit extreme flexibility regarding project goals/games
-Laugh more than most people
-Question and engage in thoughtful conversation with those "easily offended"
-Foster a hunger for well-developed spiritual/creative discernment

Collaborators:

-Show a willingness to attempt unfamiliar things
-Resist the urge to "be an observer"
-Follow guidance principles to help support/engage other collaborators
-Treat all expressions/approaches with the same respect
